I think many of us have falling of the paleo band wagon (speaking first hand), but we can still get back on. Here are some simple ideas to get you back in the game.
Snack Ideas
*Hard boiled egg
*Blueberries, almonds and coconut shavings
*Handful of almonds and Beef Jerky (costco has steak strips (beef jerky) that are gluten free not perfect paleo but close.
*Avocado with veggies,
*Avocado wrapped in Turkey slice
*Left over breakfast muffins
*Celery with almond butter
*Precooked Chicken sausages with apples
* Sautéed apples in butter with cinnamon
My new favorite Chicken Salad
*chicken
*chives
*bell peppers (sweet yellow and orange ones)
*almond slivers
*Mayo
*South African Smoke seasoning (at Trader Joes love love love this seasoning)
*OR add one chipotle pepper minced and mix with mayo
*Salt and Pepper
mix it all up then add
*avocado and
*hard boiled egg and ENJOY!
