BS Exercise and Wellness / ACSM Exercise Physiologist / CrossFit Level One
Cara has been doing CrossFit for a few months now and loves it! She has always been involved in some kind of physical activity or exercise which in the past has included competitive gymnastics and track in high school, obstacle course races and powerlifting competitions. She enjoys CrossFit because it is a mix of all the kinds of exercise she loves. Although she has always been active, Cara has never felt as well rounded in her fitness until she started CrossFit. She is currently working on her Master’s degree in Sports Conditioning and Performance from SUU and is interested in the pregnant and postpartum athlete community. She enjoys hiking, traveling, eating, dancing, handstands, overhead squats, playing cards and reading Harry Potter with her family. Her favorite part of coaching is seeing confidence and happiness increase as she helps people discover how strong and capable they are. As a gym owner she loves that she can provide a fun, clean, empowering environment for people to become the best version of themselves!
Crossfit Level One
Carson strives to be the best he can be day in and day out and believes CrossFit has been the “thing” to help him to do that.
“I want the best for our members and myself and that’s why I strive to challenge myself every day and keep a beginner’s mindset while doing so. CrossFit has helped me physically and mentally overcome a lot, it completely changed the way live in every aspect of my life and I want to help you do the same!”

Linnea has been involved in athletics her entire life. In college she played D2 basketball and studied Exercise Science. Her appetite for knowledge didn’t end after graduation, which lead to completing a 9 month Yoga Teacher Training and the CrossFit Level One course. Linnea is passionate about finding balance in the fitness realm.
After years of lifting and focusing on fitness, she walked into the gym at CrossFit St. George. Immediately, Linnea recognized the lack of quality coaching and holes in her previous fitness experiences. She feels as though she finally found the most complete and well-rounded form of fitness at CrossFit St. George. Through her coaching, Linnea hopes to empower members, teach safe and sustainable movements, and have fun!

We love our families here at CrossFit St. George!
Kaea is often seen in the arms of owners Ray and Cara. She is almost walking and will be learning the in’s and out’s of the core CrossFit movements before you know it. Kaea loves to cheer on the members during the WODs, and is an integral part of this coaching team!
